On November 7, 2025, the second round of the IX International Festival of Vocal Art “Timbre” took place at the Moscow House of Nationalities!
The jury of the festival included famous figures of musical domestic culture:

GALINA VLASYONOK – Honored Artist of Russia, chief director and host of concert programs of the Russian State Music Television and Radio Center.
OLEG KALEDIN – Honored Artist of Russia, People’s Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia, singer, composer.
SVETLANA KUZNETSOVA – Honored Artist of Russia, Professor of the Department of Solo Academic Singing of the Gnesins Russian Academy of Music.
