At the Palace of Culture of the Russian University of Transport (MIIT), a meeting of the Moscow public club “Teatral” was held. The founder and president of the club is Valery Giris. A concert of the winners of the III International Festival of Vocal Art “Timbre” took place within the framework of the club meeting.
